Extremely private setting yet only 11 miles to Durango city limits! There are no covenants or restrictions. The land is mostly treed with several flatter areas and the views are beautiful. There is a drainage that goes through the property that would likely be a good place for a well. There were tons of elk and deer tracks on the property when I walked for photos. Very private yet only 1.3 miles from paved CR 213.
