This upstairs unit is situated on the east side of the complex, surrounded by rugged cliffs, while nestled within the splendor of a pristine golf community. There is a 'lofted' sleeping/office addition (not included in square feet); updated appliances including washer and dryer, private covered easterly facing deck, plus covered front walkway-seating area facing the Hermosa Cliffs at entrance. Recent updates also include granite counters, pine flooring and a custom king murphy bed. Rustic, modern accents and creative storage additions offer functionality and artistic ambience. For those interested in access to Valley Course, Valley Clubhouse and Dining, Valley Fitness Center and Indoor/Outdoor Pools and Tennis, there are a couple different membership options available to enjoy these on-site amenities. Dining options (open to public) are Basecamp, a plant-based kitchen-bar and market (located in the main Lodge) as well as the Mineshaft Bar and Grill offering dine-in and take out.
